What should I do if my client's device has been stolen?

If your client's device has been stolen, please report the incident to the Talent Success team by submitting a request. We will loop in the necessary parties and communicate any next steps. Additionally, be sure to: 

  • Visit your local police station and report the incident.
  • Obtain a copy of the police report for your records and send it to the Talent Success team. 
  • Inform your client and share the police report with them as well.

A Talent Success manager can help you get a loaner laptop either by advance payment, an upfront purchase, or a loaner laptop (available only in Uganda, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, or Rwanda) in the interim.
