I'm having technical problems with my device

We understand how disruptive it can be when your device is damaged, especially when you're in the middle of an important engagement. If you're located in one of the following locations – Uganda, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, or Rwanda – we may be able to offer you a temporary loaner laptop while your device is being repaired or until you’re able to get a new one.

Please note that due to our BYOD policy, any repairs for your personal device will be at your own expense. If you're experiencing technical difficulties with your device, don’t hesitate to submit a request and let our Talent Support team know. We're here to help and will do our best to get you back up and running as soon as possible!
