If your device is facing technical difficulties, kindly submit a request and let us know! Our IT team can advise a plan on what to do next with your device. If the device is completely damaged and you are located in one of these Andelan locations (Uganda, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Rwanda), IT may temporarily issue a loaner unit until you purchase a new device or until the device is completely fixed. Any repairs needed on your device will be at your own expense due to our BYOD policy.
