1. The link isn’t working
If your test link doesn’t work, it might be due to one of the following:
- The link has expired: While English test links are valid for a considerable time, they do eventually expire after 30 days.
- The link was already opened: If you started the test but didn’t complete it, the system may count it as "already appeared for the test."
2. Invalid submissions
Occasionally, test submissions may be marked as invalid, even if they were completed. This can happen due to technical glitches or if the system flags the responses unexpectedly.
3. Mic and camera requirements
The iMocha platform requires both your microphone and camera to be enabled and functioning throughout the assessment. Make sure:
- Your mic and camera permissions are granted for the iMocha platform.
- Both devices are working properly before starting the test.
