How does Flex squad work?
Getting started is simple; just follow these steps:
- Apply: Find and apply to a Flex Squad directly in ATC.
- Assess: Check your email to complete and score highly on the required technical assessment.
- Verify: Once you pass, we’ll send over an IDV (Identity Verification) link and review your profile.
- Rate Lock: Align on your rate with our team.
- Onboard: Meet your Success Manager, get access to your tools and environments, and start picking up tasks!

Right now, we are building a squad for Snorkel AI, which specialises in programmatic data development/ evaluation, and we are specifically looking for talent with strong Python skills.
Flex Squad is a brand-new concept here at Andela, and this is just the beginning! We’ll be bringing on many more clients over time, each with different asks across a range of tech stacks and skill sets.
