How does Andela support me on an engagement?

The Success team aids remote technologist teams with delivery management, quality control, onboarding risk management, performance management, and satisfaction reporting. We enhance delivery protocols to help clients scale efficiently. Our mission is to balance the priorities of both the client and technologist!

We can support you in a variety of ways:

  • General inquiries - Talent questions, scheduling leave, etc
  • Conflict resolution - Feedback, performance issues, conflict resolution
  • Seamless delivery - Onboarding, offboarding, remote work support, reimbursements
  • Technical support - General hardware and software support while on an engagement
