Program Details

For every successful referral, you earn $500, and your referred friend also earns $500 (based on language proficiency and years of experience).

What makes a successful referral?

A successful referral is one that:

1. Successfully completes all assessments in our recruiting process
2. Joins the Andela Talent Cloud network
3. Begins their first engagement within six months of joining the network, and
4. Spends more than thirty days working on their first client engagement

Who can I refer?

You can refer mid to senior-level talent with 3+ years of professional experience in any of the following skills:

• Rails
• React.js
• DevOps (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure)
• Python
• Go

How can I refer someone?

1. Ask your friend to access this link and fill in their information
2. On the resume page, have your referral select "Referral by Andelan" from the dropdown
3. Referrals must also input the personal email associated with your Andela account in the following text box so you can receive credit for the referral.
