Welcoming a new family member is a significant moment, and we’re here to support you! As a contractor, you can request unpaid time off for maternity or paternity leave, which will need client approval.
While some clients may face challenges with extended absences, we’ll work with them to explore the best options. If approved, your leave will be unpaid and reflected in your monthly payment. In some cases, clients may request a temporary replacement or a change in your project assignment.
To ensure a smooth process, please inform the Talent Success team as early as possible. When you reach out, kindly include:
- The type of leave you’re requesting and the expected duration
- Any relevant context to explain your situation
- Your line manager’s name, if applicable
