- Submit a request to our Delivery team using this link.
- From the "What can we assist you with today" dropdown list, select "On Engagements" > "Access Request" > I need VPN access."
- Title the request: VPN Access - [Client’s name].
- Provide relevant project details, challenges, or client needs, and if you're working for a client with VPN government restrictions.
For urgent tasks, consider using VPN applications or coworking spaces with VPN access as a short-term solution. These alternatives may not work in all locations, and Andela must supervise any VPN apps used to protect partner data.
