Why didn't I receive an email when I clicked on "forgot password" on the ATC login page?

You may not have received an email when you clicked on the "forgot password" from the Andela Talent Cloud (ATC) login page because: 

  1. The email you entered to activate the forgot password flow is not your registered personal email
  2. Our forgot password login flow could be blocked or broken, requiring further investigation from our engineering team. 

Please be sure that you're entering your registered personal email to trigger a password reset email to your inbox, and check your secondary or junk folder in case it doesn't appear in your primary box. If you still can't find it, please reach out to our support team by clicking "Submit a request" button at the top of the help center.
