Why did I receive a "user not found" error when logging into the Andela Talent Cloud?

The "user not fount" error could have occurred if:

  1. You attempted to log into the Andela Talent Cloud with your alias domain @talent.andela.com
  2. Your email address has a typo, and the system needs to be updated.
  3. Your email address is not recognized due to an incorrect system deactivation.
  4. Your email address does not have an Okta token associated with the account.

Please only log into the system with the personal email address you used to sign up on the Andela Talent Cloud. If you are using your correct email address but are still receiving this error, numbers 2-4 above could be the reason, requiring further help from our support team.
