Eligibility requirements to join the Andela Talent Cloud

Before applying to join the Andela Talent Cloud, it's important to know that we have four minimum requirements: 

1. You must have at least four years of professional experience with your selected technical skill and field. This excludes:
   • • Internships
     • Freelance work
     • Work experience unrelated to the selected technical skill and field
     • Recent high school or college graduates with less than four years of professional or equivalent work experience
2. You must not have applied to join the network and been rejected within the past ninety days. Rejections can occur if you've previously failed one of our three application steps. Our application steps consist of: 
   • • English fluency test
     • Technical skills test 
     • Live technical interview
3. You must be eligible to work in a country where Andela is available. 
4. You must not have been permanantly disqualified from applying.
