Eligibility requirements to join the Andela Talent Cloud

Before applying to join the Andela Talent Cloud, it's important to know that we have five minimum requirements: 

1. You must have at least four years of professional experience with your selected primary skill and field. This excludes:
   • Internships
   • Coding bootcamps
   • Freelance work
   • Work experience unrelated to the selected technical skill and field
2. You must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience and demonstrated expertise.
3. You must not have applied to join the network and been rejected within the cool-down period. Rejections can occur if you've previously failed one of our three application steps. Our application steps consist of: 
   • English fluency test
   • Technical skills test 
   • Live technical interview
4. You must be eligible to work in a country where Andela is available. 
5. You must not have been permanently disqualified from applying.
