Your listed skills are crucial for a complete profile on the Andela Talent Cloud. Adding your skills to each job in the Work Experience section allows the algorithm and our matchers to find the best opportunities for you. Here's how to do it:
Adding skills to your profile
- Visit the Andela Talent Cloud and access your profile.
- Scroll to the Work Experience section.
- Click "Edit" on the job where you want to add skills.
- Select from the skills already on your profile or search for a new skill.*
- Click the "Update" button.
*Skills added to a job will also show in the Tech Stack & Skills section.
Removing skills from your profile
You'll follow the same steps as above to remove a skill, but there are a couple of things to note:
- When you remove skills from a job, they will still be visible in the Tech Stack & Skills section.
- If you remove a skill from the Tech Stack & Skills section, it will also be removed from any jobs that included it in the Work Experience section.
