If you are on an engagement working from a LAN and/or WiFi connection, have an active VPN connection, and you are unable to access the internet, follow the steps below:
- Check if your VPN is active and connected.
- If it’s active, disconnect your VPN, WiFi, and LAN connections for 1 minute.
- Reconnect your WiFi and/or LAN first, then reconnect your VPN.
- If the issue persists, please notify the Talent Success team.
