When and how should I submit receipts or invoices?

To keep things moving smoothly, please send your receipts and invoices to your Success Manager as soon as you return from your trip, but no later than 2 weeks after you return. Don't forget:

  • Make sure each document is valid: Need a refresher? Check out what counts as a valid receipt or invoice.
  • Upload clear images or PDFs: Photos should be flat, easy to read, and include all the required details.

  • Use the designated submission method: Whether it’s a form, platform, or email, follow the usual process as noted by your Success Manager. 

Late submissions may not be eligible for reimbursement, so be sure to submit on time. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask our support team—we’re here to help!
