The "My Applications" section is accessible from the Andela Talent Cloud header and helps you monitor your job application status. Check it regularly for the latest updates on your application and stay informed.
Possible application statuses
- Applied: Your application has been received.
- Reviewing Application: Your application is being reviewed.
- Invited to Interview: You’ve been invited to an interview.
- Selected: You’ve been selected.
- Offer Sent: You’ve received a job offer.
- Hired: You’ve been hired for the position.
- Not Shortlisted: Your application is unlikely to move forward because either the job has advanced with other talent or it is currently on hold.
- Not Selected: Your application was not selected and will not move forward.
Navigating "My applications"
Once you’ve applied for a job, it will appear in "My applications."
- Filters: Use the filters to sort jobs by application status.
- Status Tags: Each job will display a tag showing the current status of your application.
