What is the Community Connections program?
The Community Connections program is a dynamic and engaging initiative that connects Andelans with each other for networking, mentoring, and mutual support. Inspired by the Donut feature on Slack, this program offers a fun and easy way to meet new colleagues, share experiences, and grow together professionally and personally.
How it works
Registration
To join the program, simply sign up using this form. Participation is open to all Andelans, making it a diverse and enriching experience for everyone involved.
Monthly matchups
On the third week of each month, you will receive an email with the name, email, and bio of your new Andela connection. This is your opportunity to reach out and start building a meaningful relationship.
Getting started
Here are some steps to help you make the most of your new connection:

Exiting the program
If you decide to leave the program, you can do so at any time by filling out this form. Should you become unresponsive, we may remove you from the program to ensure an enjoyable experience for all participants.
Quarterly check-ins
To ensure the program continues to be valuable, our team will send a check-in message via Andela Chat every quarter. Your feedback is important to us and helps improve the program for everyone involved.
