You can apply directly to jobs from your Andela Talent Cloud dashboard, where you will see your top recommended jobs. You can also apply directly from the "Jobs" tab, where you can search and filter to find jobs based on your interests.
When applying for a job, you may be asked to provide compensation information if it isn’t already in your profile. You may also be required to provide a background check as part of the interview process.
The “My Applications” page will have all the jobs you apply to, and regardless of the result of your application.
Note: Reply notices may take up to four weeks due to the volume of applications. Rest assured that our team reviews every application and you will eventually respond to you.
If you have questions or need more details about a specific job, you can reach out any time via the “Ask matcher” button.
These conversations, along with any existing job-related conversations with matchers that were previously viewable on the “My Applications” page, will now live on the “My Conversations” page.
