You can apply directly to jobs from your Andela Talent Cloud dashboard, where you will see your top recommended jobs. You can also apply directly from the "Jobs" tab, where you can search and filter to find jobs based on your interests.
When applying for a job, you may be asked to provide pay rate information if it isn’t already in your profile. You may also be required to provide a background check as part of the interview process.
The “My Applications” page will have all the jobs you apply to, regardless of the result of your application.
