If you need to see if a Talent needs access to Grovo or not, follow these next steps:
Click here and go to the Grovo section.
Look for the name of the Talent member.
If they are on the list but the checkbox is not activated, ask someone on the #tx_operations channel to grant access to the talent.
Let the talent know that you've made the request, put the ticket "on-hold" and wait for the operations team to help.
If they aren't on the list, let the Talent member know that they don't need access to Grovo, and it's only granted to select people where it is required, and close the ticket.
