If you find yourself unable to access Zoom due to an SSO authentication error, your best bet is to return to your Google Workspace portal. From there, click on the Zoom icon within your portal.

Entering Zoom through the portal for the first time will activate your SSO, and thus recognize your credentials within Andela. You will not have to do this each time you have a Zoom meeting. You'll only need to do this if you're accessing Zoom from a new device or if you're new with the company and have never accessed Zoom through Google Workspace.

If you come across a message such as the one below, please be sure to follow the steps above first.

Once you've completed that, you can click on the "Sign in to Join" button. After that, you'll be granted the option to authenticate with Google. Please select that option, and then log in with your Andela credentials.
