My client’s device has been stolen

If that happens, report the incident to both your Delivery Partner (DP) and submit a request to Talent Support. We will loop in the necessary parties and communicate any next steps. Additionally, you'll need to:

  • Head to the nearest police station and report the incident.
  • Obtain a copy of the police report for your records and send it to your DP. 
  • Inform your client and share the police report with them as well.

You can get a loaner laptop either by advance payment, upfront purchase, or loaner unit if you are in one of our locations while a replacement is ordered. Contact your Delivery Partner for more details.
