No Connectivity (VPN Connected)

If you have LAN and/or Wifi connected but unable to access internet.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Check if your VPN is active.
  2. If it’s active, disconnect both VPN and wifi.
  3. Reconnect your Wifi or LAN first, then reconnect VPN.
  4. If issue persists, please reach out to the IT department.
