How do I change my payout method?

With AndelaPay, you have the flexibility to get paid through any of our payout partners. Your payout method can change from month to month depending on what works best for you. NOTE: You can only change your payout method from the 1st to 20th of each month. If you change your payout method outside of that window, it will not be reflected until the following payout cycle. 

• A talent currently uses Cadana as her payout method, but she would like to change to Payoneer.
• She updates her payout method on Andela on November 21st.
• Because she updated her payout method outside of the 1st-20th window, she will still receive her payout via Cadana on December 5th.
• Her Payoneer payout method will be activated for the January 5th payout cycle.

Here's how to change your payout method with AndelaPay:

1. Log into the Andela Talent Platform.
2. On desktop, locate AndelaPay in the top right corner.
3. On mobile, locate AndelaPay from the drop-down list in the top right corner. Click on AndelaPay to be taken to AndelaPay's dashboard.
4. From the AndelaPay Dashboard, select Payout Methods from the panel on the left-hand side.
5. From here, you'll be able to view available payout methods and make your desired changes.

Be prepared to create an account when selecting a new payout member. Each vendor will have its own onboarding process.
