Yes, for your account protection, you will undergo an identity verification process for each new wallet provider, including a photo of yourself and relevant documents. Please be prepared to provide the following:

  • National ID: This could be a driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID card.
  • Proof of address: This could be a utility bill, bank statement, or other document that shows your current address.
  • Bank account information: This is needed to transfer your funds.

REMEMBER: Contractors must have valid documentation and rights to work in the country they are uploading in. This is required and the responsibility for this lies solely on the contractor. If you upload invalid documentation, then you cannot be paid and your contract will be ended with Andela.
